After completing all the other actions in the area, I finally gave up and looked up what to do.
I assumed that there had to be something else that would cause him to fall that I would stumble upon. But, he would always check before sitting thwarting my attempts. I tried honking at him when he was about to sit, and then I noticed that I could swipe the chair out from him while he was trying to sit.
An example, is getting an old man to fall on "his bum". Some of the requirements to complete objectives weren't always as clear as they could have been. One of the few times that I wasn't relieved to "finally" finish a game, but instead wishing that the game had gone on a bit longer. It was definitely too short, I would have enjoyed if it were much longer, or even a DLC that had additional content added. I laughed numerous times throughout the game and was always excited to play it the next time. Enjoyed being able to laugh at the game and show my young daughter the game and what was happening. Even though I thought the game was too short, I would rather remove the speedrun to-do list tasks and make 100% completion more accessible, than pad out the game with content that doesn't even fit the style of game they were going for.ģh 11m PlayedSuch an excellent idea! Really enjoyed this whimsical, comical and entertaining game. Trying and failing the speedruns because of jank, and annoying AI behaviour sucked all the fun out of the game. The game has a movement system that makes turning at high speed difficult, a unique movement system like this is ok for a puzzle game but not for a game where you have to go fast. The speedrun tasks go completely against the game's core ideas. That was when I came across the speedrun to-do list. Cons: I was looking forward to 100% the game as I had enjoyed the puzzles more than I thought I would. The game is also really short, I wished the last level was an actual fleshed-out level or that there was another level in the mix. Neutral: Untitled Goose Game doesn't really have a regular soundtrack, because the music is just a bunch of sounds strung together based on whatever is happening in the game. Even the trickier post-game to-do list was fun to complete and I only had to look up a guide for one to-do list item. They are intuitive enough that you don't need a guide but still rewarding to figure out. I give Untitled Goose an 7.5h PlayedPros: Untitled Goose Games' best aspect is the puzzles. But again the fun is just in the silliness of being a goose. I don’t know if I could’ve taken another hr of this game. theres a new hurdle each time… The game does lose its charm so im happy with its length. all that really changes is the challenge of each level. Its so dumb but that’s what makes untitled goose so great… Its almost like a hitman style puzzle game where youre setting up to scratch off a goal until the areas final goal pops up for you to complete and move on… My only gripe with this game is how repetitive it is… Untitled Goose ends right when Im getting tired of it… The tasks at the end of the day are essentially the same in every level… the tasks are all different… but the goal is always the same, figure out a way to distract this person just long enough to grab the thing you need and try not to get it stolen back or swatted away. Untitled Goose’s initial campaign took my about 2 hours to clear, though after you do complete it you are given new tasks to complete across the 5 levels you just beat if you wish… And this game is just ridiculous… Stealing sandwiches, making neighbors fight, pulling chairs out from under old men.
And with these abilities you set out to complete a to do list. As a a goose you can grab thungs, run, peck, and honk.
